This is two pageants.  Please be sure to check if you are entering the state pageant or the fun pageant.  All state pageant winners will sign a contract to attend the international pageant in 2026.  For the state pageant, we will crown one STATE Queen per age group and one runner up. For the fun pageant, we will crown one FUN Queen per age group.  We will also crown beauties in the fun pageant age groups.

Required and Optional Fees are as follows:

Required STATE Fees:
Registration fee: $295 (includes outfit of choice and gown, interview and state prize package to include registration to the International Pageant)

Contestant fee: $150 (includes photos, pageant shirt and gift)
 

Required FUN Fees:
Registration fee: $135 (includes Saturday pageant activities: outfit of choice and gown, plus interview.)
 
Photo fee: $50 (includes all competition photos and crowning)

Optional Fees:
Optionals: $50 optionals (pick one or all for one fee) photogenic, casual wear, athletic wear, Americana wear or State Costume

People’s Choice: $1/vote (We will award ONE Overall STATE pageant winner a cash scholarship. Scholarship paid to International office to be applied to international competition fees. PLUS ONE overall FUN pageant winner a cash scholarship paid to them) Scholarship amounts will be split between the two scholarships. No less than $200 will be awarded and will be based on money raised from People's Choice.  This money is due no later than Friday at orientation.   

Pageant Tickets are $25/ticket. Everyone over 12 months is required to have a ticket. Tickets can be purchased in advance.  CASH ONLY day of the pageant.

Tentative Schedule:

 

Saturday, Feb 14th (Brandon Civic Center, Brandon, MS)

9am-12pm interviews (you will receive a specific time)

1pm dressing room open (Contestants only.  Contestants under 17 years old may have one female guardian with wristband) **Only approved hair and makeup vendors allowed in dressing room. Everyone not using approved hair and makeup vendors should arrive with hair and makeup done.  No hot tools allowed in dressing room.

1pm check in

2pm optionals begin for all contestants (optionals: casual wear/athletic wear/americana wear/state costume)

3pm pageant time (introduction/out on the town/gown then crowning)

All state queens will have photos immediately after pageant. You will need three outfits  (gown/solid white/pageant shirt and jeans)

 

CASH ONLY.  NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK IS ALLOWED.  No food or drink allowed in dressing room except bottled water.  Only approved hair and makeup vendors allowed in dressing room.  Everyone not using approved hair and makeup vendors should arrive with hair and makeup done.

 

By signing this electronic form, I agree and understand that I am competing in a local, fun or state competition in North, Central or South America. I certify that I, as the contestant or the legal representative of the minor contestant, identify as female, and have never been married or pregnant if I am in a young division.

I assume all responsibility for paying program fees on the required dates set by the state director.

I agree that I am of exemplary character and will abide by all of the organizational rules and regulations.

I agree to accept the terms as explained in the state contestant manual, this form and understand the policies set forth by Mississippi Women of Service, International and American Women of Service Pageants, including the State, National, and International Code of Conduct Policies. If I am competing in the state pageant, I understant that this is a state preliminary pageant and winning a title is a confirmation and a commitment that I will compete in the International and American Women of Service pageant, and I assume all responsibility for paying those program fees.  I understand that if I chose the fun pageant option, I am not required to sign a contract.

I understand that if I cannot attend the pageant for any reason after I have registered and paid the registration fees or deposits, I will not receive a refund of any amount.

I understand that all monies paid or donated are non-refundable, made willingly, and returned checks incur a cost of $40.

Contestants, their parents, or guardians hereby release and forever discharge Mississippi Women of Service, International and American Women of Service Pageants and the local, state, national, and international pageants in which I competed. This agreement includes its directors, employees, volunteers, and staff from all claims and demands arising from damages or liabilities due to theft, accident, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the Pageant mentioned above. All contestants and their parents/guardians further covenant and agree not to sue the organization, its directors individually, its employees, volunteers, or staff for any claim for damages or liability, including but not limited to not winning your title. I agree that I am of exemplary character and will abide by all of the rules and regulations.

All Interntional and American Women of Service pageants are non-compete. You cannot compete in another pageant system if you are promoting an International and American Women of Service state title unless written permission is given by the director prior to registering.

By checking the box below and submitting this form, I certify that I have read and agreed to all rules published on the international organization’s website, handbooks, and applications, including fees and withdrawal fees, and that I am 18 years old or older or that my parent or guardian has signed on my behalf. If the event is canceled, the fee is refunded within 60 days after the event date. Any service charges or late fees are not refundable. Late fees for payments due are added after 60 days and sent for collection after 90 days or if you are in breach of your contract and payment plan.
