Roam - Outgoing Inspection Acknowledgement
I acknowledge I have read the Roam Subscription Agreement, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. By signing this document, I acknowledge a Roam team member has explained and answered any questions or concerns related to the additional conditions outlined in this document below:

Highway Tolls / Tickets: Tolls, tickets, etc (things associated with a licence plate) are not covered by Roam. All invoices will be passed onto the customer along with a processing fee. 407 Transponder available on request.
Vehicle Return Condition: Your vehicle will be provided to you fully detailed and we expect you to return the vehicle in the same condition. Cleaning fee will apply if the vehicle comes back with stains, spills, strong odours (smoke - smoking is strictly prohibited), pet hair, etc. We do not charge for normal wear and tear.
Vehicle Return Notice & Early Cancelation: Roam Requires 14 day notice prior to your return date. If you return your vehicle before the end of your subscription term, you may be subject to a restocking fee of $849 + HST.
No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A fee of $2500 will be applied for smoking in the vehicle. Zero tolerance policy.
Additional Mileage: The base plan includes 2000km / month and an additional 1000 km can be added. Maximum mileage permitted 3000km / month. If you feel that you're going to go over the mileage 3000km / month, please contact Roam support to avoid a $1 / km charge over the 3000 km mileage cap.
Reporting an Accident / Damage: In case of vehicle damage or an accident, report to our support team within 24 hours. Roam does not permit customers to do repairs from a 3rd party body shop.
Insurance does not cover windshield chips or replacement and tire leaks or replacements. You may be covered if you buy RoamCare.
Internal cosmetic damage, such as rips, tears, or scratches, will be considered as vehicle damage and will not be covered through by auto insurance.
Additional Drivers: Only the primary driver is allowed to drive the vehicle unless a secondary driver has been approved by Roam. The insurance may be voided if an unlisted driver gets into an accident or damages the vehicle.
Out of Province Driving: Customers are not allowed to drive the vehicle outside of the province without the explicit consent from Roam. If you have any plans, please contact our support team for approval from our insurance company.
Roadside Assistance: Roadside assistance is provided with your subscription. Incase of a breakdown, please contact the roadside number provided in the vehicle.
At fault Insurance Deductible: Roam’s insurance policy is subject to deductibles if you are found to be at-fault in an accident. The deductible must be paid upon reporting of an accident. You may be refunded the amount back once the adjuster decides on the party at-fault.
