    Welcome to my private studio at Sola Salons Walnut Creek and I can’t wait to meet you! All new guests start working with me here by completing a digital consultation form.  This allows me to become familiar and your hair goals so that I can ensure your initial appointment is booked properly. Please complete the form in full and I will respond via email within 24 hours of your request.   • Appointments & Cancellation Policy

    By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request and price quote inquiry.  In response, I will receive an email/text with an appointment time and date option and a general price quote. Your appointment in salon will begin with a 15 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service. Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 2-3 weeks of appointment submission request.  I understand that Hair x Helen has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy and if I do cancel my appointment with less than 48 hours notice, there will be a 50% of service rebooking fee or I may be banned from booking future appointments with the salon.   • Covid Policy

    Everyone is required to wear a mask during services. Due to the nature of my business, I work with many who are immune compromised or working through cancer treatments. Out of respect for them, me and my children I ask that you wear a surgical or n95 as to not pass even a cold. I understand it is not fun or the favored request but please be understanding. If anyone has to cancel due to positive results, symptoms or exposure I will wave the 48 hour policy.

    I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you find yourself having challenges with your cut or color please notify me by email within 7 days of your visit. I will make any needed adjustments at no cost to you as long as adjustments fall inline with original plan and have not been altered by any at home care or products not recommended by me. Any products purchased may be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange for another products. No refunds are given for services or products.
