Though foster input on horse personality and skill set it valued very much, fosters have no control of when and to whom the horses may be adopted to, is this something you will be ok with? *

HOP requires a foster cover hay and grain, but we can, if needed, cover farrier cost. We cover vet costs. Is this affordable for you? All care and foster costs can be tax deductible for the foster. *
Do you understand a foster does not have first right to adopt a horse if there is an approved application in on the horse and the foster has not already expressed intent to adopt, and that this can sometimes be a conflict for fosters who care about their horses? *

I, the undersigned, understand I am applying to foster a/an equine(s) from Heart of Phoenix Equine Rescue, INC (hereinafter referred to as HOP). I agree to notify said references ahead of time they will be interviewed and to request those required contact HOP. I realize applications must be approved by the Board of Directors unanimously. I agree to hold Heart of Phoenix Equine Rescue, INC, its board, directors, fosters and all affiliates blameless and free of any liability should I be approved to foster from this organization and visit any of the facilities where rescue horses are located and incur any injury while visiting the equines whether while riding or handling the horses in any manner.
