You are apllying to join Travel Tribe Co. We are a boutique travel agency that curates custom trips whether  our clients crave a global, luxurious experience or a family weekend getaway. As  expert agents we can help plan their adventure from door to destination and much more. We help our clieents create memories that will last a LIFETIME. 

You will have access to a support team that fully understands the travel products. Our Independent Contractors are like family and our team will always be there to help answer any questions or concerns you may have about the industry. We pride ourselves on the training we make available to our agents. We work hard to make sure you are successful.

 

Destinations we specialize in: Disney, Universal, Cruises, Tropical, USA based tours and European Vacations.

Are you passionate about travel?

Have you been a minimum of 3 times to the destination ( vendor )  you are wanting to sell?

IE : Disneyland, Disneyworld, All Inclusive , Europe. 

Are you of a professional mindset, self starter who will provide 1st class service to your clients?

Do you have access to a home office with high speed internet and smart phone?

If so you maybe a perfect fit. We are looking for like minded individuals who will help create once in a lifetime memories for their clients and provide excellent service.

How do I get paid?

This is a commission based position. Commission will be based on your overall travel background and sales experience. We work off a commission scale, so the more traveled sales you have, the higher your commission!! Commission is paid after your client travels and is paid to you on a monthly basis.

What Orginizations and Memborships are Travel Tribe affilated with?

Travel Tribe Co. is Accrediated with IATA. We are also affilated with Travel Leaders to insure the higher commission pay out from vendors. Travel Tribe Co. is also a  Wanderlust Ceo certified Agency. 

Is there a Fee?

We have a start up fee that will cover your training and start up tools to make sure you our advisors achieve maximum results to begin your journey. Our monthly fee covers your agency email address , Errors and Ommissions insurance and use of our Iata affiliation. 

How does Training Work:

You will be given a 60 day training that will assist you on starting off on the right foot. We also post multiple trainings throughout the year in our Facebook Agent page to contine your stay in action plan. 

Team engagement - we have a facebook group that you will be apart of, our community is very friendly and we are always here to help and answer questions. We our proud to provide an enviorment that is condusive for learning and fun. 

 

Please only appl if you have been at least 3 times in the last 5 years to the destination you are wanting to specialize in. Having sales experience is a plus but we are ultimately looking for people who are able to give personal, caring service to clients. Please complete all information.
