Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths each day. Vendors are not allowed to leave there booths up overnight. Placement of vendor booths will be determined by Crown Mtn Park staff. Vendors must leave no trace. Crown Mountain Park staff has the right to cancel any future vendor dates for any business if businesses are not meeting expectations. Any vendors who have not paid in full by DATE, will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given). Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment, but will be given electrical and water access. All food carts will be subject to inspection by the local health department and must obtain an Eagle County Sales tax certificate.
