IPGen REQUEST FORM

Please answer the following questions to determine your IPGen access eligibility and request a subscription.

TEDCO provides a free 1-year subscription to startups with a technology aspect located in the State of Maryland (including life sciences, cybersecurity, software, manufacturing, and more).

Eligibility (must be 1 of the first 3 AND #4):

(1) Established companies or (2) Individuals preparing IP work before establishing a company that want to file intellectual property with the intent of using the results of the research to apply for funding from TEDCO; OR
Companies that have received funding from TEDCO, or companies in which TEDCO holds an equity or debt interest, or that otherwise have contractual obligations to TEDCO resulting from a TEDCO grant, loan, or investment; OR
Companies or Entrepreneurs participating in one of TEDCO’s entrepreneurial support programs.
AND The company must be located in the state of Maryland. More than 50% of employees must be located within the state of Maryland, if applicable.
