Request for Park Use

This application is used to request a reservation of space in Center City and/or LeBauer Parks for any public or private event, from weddings and birthday parties, to corporate events and community festivals.
Please Note: Reservations are not finalized until applications have been processed and the 50% holding fee and contracts are received. Upon submission of this application, you will receive follow-up and an estimate of cost from our Special Events Department via email.

Final payment is due no later than two weeks before the scheduled event date.

Greensboro Downtown Parks has two on-site kiosks (Parkside Pull-Up & Lawn Service by Little Brother Brewing) in LeBauer Park that are our preferred food vendors. A charge is applied for using any other food vendor. Will this event include food from a source other than our preferred vendors?*

GDPI has a blow up movie screen and projector available for rent ($550) pending availability. Movies may be screened after sunset for optimum viewing. Marketing
GDPI cannot permit the display of on-site marketing (such as posters or banners) prior to the date of the event. Additionally, the Applicant is responsible for all marketing of this event. GDPI cannot guarantee any assistance with marketing or promotion of the event.
Do you plan to have a banner hung on the day of the event? Kindly note that the hanging of banners is only possible if requested in advance through this form and incurs an additional $200 staffing fee. Banner placement is limited to LeBauer Park.*
