Typically, Heart of Phoenix can assist owners who need euthanasia, castration or one time routine health care needs met for a horse. We can also sometimes offer one time training visits for behavioral issues. We can offer one time hay/grain help. We cannot cover extensive surgeries, repetitive feed assistance, hauling or one going medication costs (cases like these would be best served by owner surrender to HOP). We can offer assistance in the Appalachian region.
