    Commercial Cleaning Enterprises, LLC is an equal opportunity employer in all employment policies and practices.  In keeping with Commercial Cleaning Enterprises, LLC commitment to a supportive work environment, we believe there is no place for harassment of our employees by anyone including any manager, co-worker, vendor, or customer and will not tolerate any practice related to harassment.

    Harassment consists of unwelcome conduct, whether verbal, physical, or visual, that is based upon a person’s protected status, such as sex, color, race, religion, ancestry, age, national origin, physical or mental disability, marital status, veteran status, or other protected group status.  Commercial Cleaning Enterprises, LLC will not tolerate any harassing conduct that interferes with an individuals work performance, or that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment.

    It is the policy of Commercial Cleaning Enterprises, LLC to promptly and thoroughly investigate any complaint alleged to violate this policy.  Such complaints will be handled in a confidential manner to the fullest possible extent.  Any and all complaints should be directed either to the President of the General Manager of Commercial Cleaning Enterprises, LLC.  If an investigation confirms that unlawful harassment has occurred or, on the other hand, that an intentional or knowingly false accusation has been made, Commercial Cleaning Enterprises, LLC will take immediate action, up to and including termination of employment.

    It is the policy of Commercial Cleaning Enterprises, LLC to investigate all cases of retaliation against an employee who has made a good faith complaint of harassment or assisted in an authorized investigation of a harassment complaint by someone else.  Retaliation is defined as any inappropriate, hostile, or damaging acts against the employee.  Retaliation in violation of this policy is treated equally seriously as harassment and will result in discipline up to and including discharge.

  • I authorize Commercial Cleaning Enterprises, LLC and/or its affiliates to procure an investigative and consumer report concerning me for employment purposes. I understand that this report may contain information about my character, background, reputation, habits, credit worthiness, financial obligations, DMV history, criminal history and/or mode of living. I understand that I have the right to request, in writing, information pertaining to the nature and scope of the investigation and a written summary of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I understand that before adverse action, including the denial of my employment can be taken against me in whole or in part due to a consumer report, I will be provided with a copy of the report and a written summary of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act as requested. I also understand that I may have additional rights under applicable state law.

    I authorize all corporations, companies, credit agencies, educational institutions, persons, law enforcement agencies, workers compensation agencies, criminal, civil and felony courts, educational institutions and all of my former employers to release any and all information they have about me. I release all of the aforementioned companies and/or individuals from any liability or responsibility for releasing information about me.

    Any photocopy of this authorization shall have the same authority as the original.

  • Please read carefully before signing Nonclosure and Noncompetition:

    (a)  At all times while this agreement is in place the employee will not work for the organization in any shape or form for at least six months of termination through Commercial Cleaning Enterprises.  This would include becoming a direct employee, subcontractor, or temporary employee at the facility.

    (b)  This agreement will be in effect for a term of six months after the termination/resignation of employment with Commercial Cleaning Enterprises.  This agreement can be null and void if Commercial Cleaning approves the request by the employee.  A written letter will be presented to the employee and signed off by a member of management at Commercial Cleaning Enterprises to make this agreement null and void.

    (c)  Competition of this agreement means that any work performed by the employee on the grounds of the facility of the customer of Commercial Cleaning that the employee was previously employed with.

    (d)  The employee agrees to pay liquidated damages in the amount of $20,000 for any violation of the covenant not to compete contained in the paragraphs listed above.

    IN WITNESS WEREOF, Commercial Cleaning Enterprises and the stated employee have signed this agreement.
