In keeping with Commercial Cleaning Enterprises, LLC commitment to a supportive work environment, we believe there is no place for harassment of our employees by anyone including any manager, co-worker, vendor, or customer and will not tolerate any practice related to harassment.
Harassment consists of unwelcome conduct, whether verbal, physical, or visual, that is based upon a person’s protected status, such as sex, color, race, religion, ancestry, age, national origin, physical or mental disability, marital status, veteran status, or other protected group status. Commercial Cleaning Enterprises, LLC will not tolerate any harassing conduct that interferes with an individuals work performance, or that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment.
It is the policy of Commercial Cleaning Enterprises, LLC to promptly and thoroughly investigate any complaint alleged to violate this policy. Such complaints will be handled in a confidential manner to the fullest possible extent. Any and all complaints should be directed either to the President of the General Manager of Commercial Cleaning Enterprises, LLC. If an investigation confirms that unlawful harassment has occurred or, on the other hand, that an intentional or knowingly false accusation has been made, Commercial Cleaning Enterprises, LLC will take immediate action, up to and including termination of employment.
It is the policy of Commercial Cleaning Enterprises, LLC to investigate all cases of retaliation against an employee who has made a good faith complaint of harassment or assisted in an authorized investigation of a harassment complaint by someone else. Retaliation is defined as any inappropriate, hostile, or damaging acts against the employee. Retaliation in violation of this policy is treated equally seriously as harassment and will result in discipline up to and including discharge.
