Only complete applications submitted with application fee will be considered. Application fee is a non-refundable $25 fee for processing your application regardless of acceptance. All other fees will be due upon acceptance and invoiced when a contract is issued.
All vendor status notifications will be sent out via email. We may keep a limited number of vendors on a waitlist through the month of July in case space becomes available. All applicants will receive an email notifying them whether they have been accepted, waitlisted or rejected.
Applications must be submitted electronically and include the online application fee of $25.
The Festival will supply the following:
- Tented space
- Two (2) 8 ft. long tables
- Professionaly designed signage displaying your vendor name and menu
- One ceiling light inside tent - no additional lighting is provided
- Shared wastewater and grease barrels
- Shared, limited refrigerated truck space (these are not freezer trucks)
- Trash container for vendor-only use
- Portable water source (you must provide transporation of water)
- Convenient vehicle drive-in for set-up and tear-down
