Thank you for participating in our training on Microix workflow module. Microix is third-party software that offers multiple workflow levels that integrate into our Accounting software. We have implemented the following workflow module to process invoices; it goes through a multi-level approval process once submitted and approved. An additional benefit to using the workflow module, it allows us to go paperless the system requires you to attach your invoices; this assures that no invoices will be lost or misplaced. Currently, the only individuals utilizing the workflow modules are staff members who process invoices and supervisors who approve invoices.
