We cannot guarantee our ability to accommodate every need, particularly without advance notice. Those with severe gluten or lactose concerns may need to supplement their meals. Please feel free to contact the camp directly at tgccamp@gmail.com to discuss concerns further.
The camp has a number of accommodation spaces. Single campers will be placed by default into our newer fourplex units, unless a different space is requested. When those have filled up, our older motel units will be utilized.

We have RV spots with

Family cabins, duplexes, and larger cabin spaces will be used for those bringing small children, as well as those who are staying with spouses or friend groups. Family cabins generally have one double bed, one bunk bed, and a front room area with a futon or couch that converts to a bed.

There are dorm spaces with bunk beds available for bigger groups who would like to stay together.

Specific cabins, tenting, and RV spots will be assigned based on family size, time of registration, health concerns, and length of stay. We will do our best to honor specific requests, but please bear in mind our spaces are limited.
General Release/Waiver

I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages and all liability for personal injury or property damages which may hereafter occur to myself or those I am registering as a result of participation in TCMA programming. This release is intended to discharge in advance TCMA, its members, employees, volunteers, and agents from liability, even though that liability may arise out of perceived negligence on the part of persons mentioned above. It is understood that some activities involve an element of risk or danger of accidents, and knowing those risks, I hereby assume those risks. It is further understood and agreed that this waiver, release, and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assignees.

WAIVER FOR HORSE BACK RIDING (must be signed to participate in this activity)

Safety is of utmost concern in all of our programming, and this most definitely applies to our horse program as well. It is important, however, that individuals understand that this activity poses risks.

I am aware, understand and assume the risk of activities involving horses involve many risks, dangers and hazards, including but not limited to the following:

1) Horses, which are powerful and potentially dangerous animals, may change their behaviour at any time and may without warning, jump, run wildly, buck, kick, bite or step on people or things;

2) Horses may collide with other horses or objects or trip, stumble, orfall even if being led, ridden or attended to;

3) rough or unstable terrain may cause the animal or Riders to slip;

4) Equipment may fail;

5) Weather conditions can change and sometimes may be dangerous;

6) the Horse may accidental step upon a Rider; strike a rider; or throw a Rider

I am also aware that the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above exist throughout the trail, stable, and other areas and many are unmarked. I understand and acknowledge that no amount of caution, experience or instructioncan eliminate all of the risks involved and I freely accept and fully assume all such risks, dangers and hazards and the possibility of personalinjury, death, property damage and damages of loss resulting there-from. I understand any injury in relationfor horsebackriding can be extremely serious including, but not limited to, a serious head injury; paralysis; spinal injury, and death.

I agree TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any damage to the property of or personal injury to any third party resulting from my horse back riding and use of equipment.
