PUMPKINFEST HOURS OF OPERATION: You are applying for a 2 day show. By submitting this application, you agree to run your booth BOTH days, between these hours:

Saturday: 10:00a to 7:00p Sunday: 10:00a - 5:00p

Your booth is not to be closed or unmanned during these hours.

• Arriving late or shutting down early is strictly prohibited.

Pumpkinfest is limited in size, therefore it does not allow MLM marketers or booths soley for propaganda or political uses.

Booth Fees:

Non-Profit: 10'x10'= $60.00, 10'x20'= $120.00

Artisan: 10'x10'= $150.00, 10'x20'= $300.00

Trades Merch. 10'x10' = $175.00, 10'x20' = $350.00

Merchants: 10'x10'= $250.00, 10'x20'= $500.00

Booth locations at Pumpkinfest are not determined by the date of entry. Placements are made to ensure crowd flow and a mix of vendors within the festival. We have 3 areas for Booths, all are street level and have the same requierments.

By submitting this application, the applicant and any individual representing them agrees to abide by the Rules and Policies for Pumpkinfest Booth Vendors. They agree that the City of South Lyon and the South Lyon Area Pumpkinfest's Executive Committee, shall not be held liable for any injuries, damage, loss of property or inventory of any kind. His/her and their heirs, administrators, successors and representative or any other person or organization which may follow them shall hold the South Lyon Area Pumpkinfest harmless to any event or issue. Furthermore, applicants hereby, fully and forever release The City of South Lyon and The South Lyon Area Pumpkinfest's Committee and its volunteers from any and all causes of action, claims or demands of any nature, whatsoever arising out of this event. Furthermore, the applicant hereby confirms that he/she has the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of their non- profit, Artisan or Merchant organization. The applicant also agrees that he/she has read and understands the policy of this application and agrees that he/she and any individual representing their organization will abide by its terms herein.
