  • Please complete the following Elementary registration form.

    You can pay the registration fee through Paypal or you can send a check/money order to KDO Academy, 2536 Eastern Blvd, Unit 131,York, PA 17402. Please be sure to mark the name of the student(s) on the check.   The registration fee(s) must be paid to fully register. Note:  Registration fees are non-refundable.

    • K-6th grade: $60/student (includes access to our online school system)
    • A $20 registration late fee will be applied after 8/22/2022

    These fees cover registration, cleaning fee, administration costs and the weekly newsletters and communications.

    Please read all the Elementary Policy and Guidelines found on the website. By submitting your registration form you are confirming that you have read and agree with the Elementary Policy and Guidelines.

    Registration is not complete until all forms listed below are sent in and received: (all forms are found on the 'Forms' page on the KDO website)

    Note:  Tuition is - 1st Child $25/day; 2nd Child $23/day; 3rd or more $20/day

    Periodically pictures are taken during KDO hours which may be used for advertising, web design and other projects. At the end of this policy you will need to choose to consent or not consent to your child's picture being taken.

  • Note:  By adding to the shopping cart, this will redirect you to Paypal. If you are paying by check, please let this section blank. You may use it to calculate the amount of your fees, but please reset before pressing submit. Otherwise your registration will not reach its intended destination.

  •  If your registration form was submitted successfully, you will receive an immediate automated confirmation to the email address listed on the registration form.  If you do not receive a confirmation, please try submitting it again. Be sure you also submit all other required forms and payment.  Your registration will be processed within a week and you will receive a personalized confirmation from the Registrar.  You are expected to complete all forms and payment with submission of your registration.  Should you accidentally miss something, you will be given a grace period of 24 hrs, after the Registrar notifies you of the missing form, to submit the missing pieces of your registration without forfeiting your spot.
