      Below you will find the form required to book with me

    this helps me get a better understanding of what you would like to get tattooed!

  • I ask that you fill out each section to the best of your ability, and any issues that you may have you can reach out to me by DM or email.

  • Being tattooed is a very personal experience, something you're doing just for YOU. 

    We all have different personalities, some of us are more introverted and prefer to pop some headphones in and listen to music, our favorite tv shows or read a book. Some of us are more extroverted and prefer to chat/vent or enjoy a social experience outside of our normal everyday conversations.

    • To make sure im making your tattoo appointment as comfortable for you as possible I want to make sure I am making the experience something enjoyable for you. 

     

    • I personally can go either way, I can be introverted pop a headphone in and zone in or I can be extroverted and chat your ear off. (ADHD adapability lol) 

    However after that super long thing I just made you read (sorry!) please answer below how you prefer your appointment experience to be!

     Also there are zero wrong answers and im super cool with whichever you prefer I promise!
