1. ผู้ขอรับบริการหนังสือเดินทางและบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนจะต้องจองคิวนัดหมายล่วงหน้าก่อนเข้ารับบริการในทุกกรณี (ผู้ที่ไม่ได้นัดหมายจะไม่สามารถขอรับบริการได้)

2. เมื่อลงทะเบียนแล้ว ขอให้ท่านรอรับอีเมลยืนยันวัน/เวลานัดหมาย (หากไม่สะดวก สามารถแจ้งขอเลื่อนได้)

3. ในวันที่นัดหมาย ขอให้เดินทางมาที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ล่วงหน้าประมาณ 15 นาทีก่อนเวลานัด

Please read the following before booking your appointments.

1. Passport and ID card services are available by appointment only. Visitors are required to make an appointment before visiting the Embassy (Those without an appointment will not be serviced). 

2. After registering, you will be notified of the date and time of appointment by email. You may reschedule your appointment if the timing does not suit you.

3. On the appointment date, please arrive at the Embassy 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
