WOHOO -- I am so excited that you are ready to take on this 2 week challenge with us. This month its all about sticking to the resolutions we make.. I mean, how AWESOME would it be to make those actions into habits and crush a goal!? This challenge involves three things. Waking up a half hour earlier than you normally do, drinking our healthy all natural energy, and logging in to keep each other and ourselves accountable! The resolution or goal is totally up to you, and although I am also a health. fitness, and hormone mentor, your resolution does not have to be related to this if you don't want it to be. Sound good?!
