• Due to heavy traffic at our warehouse, please be patient and submit the consolidation form one at a time. If you want to add another thing, please put it on the next shipment.

     

    To fasten the packing process, please do as follows:

    1. Please make sure all the intended items you want to consol already arrived at our warehouse.

    2. After submitting the consolidation form, you can't change/edit the item list. We will pack according to your list and we don't accept modification.

    3. If you want to wait for your remaining items to arrive at our warehouse, please submit your consolidation form after all of your intended items are ready.

    • There are two fields down below that you can fill, you can choose to fill either one or both.

      A. Sent & Arrived at KStairway Warehouse

      1. Item Name

      2. Quantity

      3. Tracking Number

       

      B. Store Order/Assisted Purchase

      1. Order ID

      For store orders, you can find Order ID in various ways. You can find it from Email, PDF Invoice, or My Account page.

    • The maximum weight for the Sea Cargo (EMS) option is 20 kg. And then Peru is currently not available for Sea Cargo (EMS). Some countries may not be available. Please check the availability for your country before choosing the Sea Cargo (EMS) option

    • The maximum weight for the Air Cargo (Post) option is 20 kg

    • The maximum weight for the CJ Post (Domestic) option is 20 kg

    • Weight for the Delivery Car (Domestic) or Post (Domestic Delivery) option is 20 - 30 kg

    • The maximum weight for the K-Packet EMS option is 1.5 kg
