I agree to have BORING SAFE HAVEN SOCIETY complete reference call checks and conduct a home visit inspection to be able to approve my foster application. I agree that if I'm unable to foster the animal(s) at any time that I will return the animal(s) to BORING SAFE HAVEN SOCIETY and try to give BORING SAFE HAVEN SOCIETY advanced noticed to try and find another suitable foster for the animal(s). I agree that once the animal(s) is ready for adoption, I will relinquish the animal(s) to the adopter and/or BORING SAFE HAVEN SOCIETY.
