HAR-062 IC&C Reserved Seating Form

The first 200 people who reserve seats at IC&C 2026 or by March 15, 2026, whichever comes first, will be guaranteed reserved seating for all contest sessions at IC&C 2026. All persons reserving seats must pay the amount equivalent to a Performing Member All Events Pass (AEP), and both full payment and an individual name must accompany the request for a seat. For IC&C 2026, the Early-Bird rate for a Performing Member All Events Pass is $225.00 in U.S. funds or Canadian equivalent.

No refunds will be issued unless for some reason you become entitled to a Complimentary Priority Seat. As you cannot have a Reserved Seat and a Priority Seat you will need to choose which you will be using.

If an individual cannot attend IC&C it is their own responsibility to “sell” the seat and advise the ICC Registration Manager (iccregistrar@harmonyinc.org) of the name change. Please use the AEP Transfer form when it becomes available (around Sept 15, 2026).

Seating will be designated by date of receipt of this form and payment. Reserve your seat now, and you will be closer to the stage. These reserved seats are directly behind the VIP and Priority Seating which are by invitation only. Groups will be seated together IF their registrations are submitted on the same form.

Please note that this form is only for reserved seating. You must also complete HAR-080 All Events Pass Order once it is available to finalize your registration. As the contact person on this registration you are responsible for making sure the individuals listed on your form comply.
