• Ascension Meeting/Event Request

    We would like to make sure that your even appears on our website, eNews, and In-Service announcements so please submit your request at least 30 days in advance of your event. In order to secure an event on the approved Ascension Master Calendar, this form must be completed.
  • The following steps should be followed to ensure proper coordination and maximum success of the proposed event.

    • Discuss with and receive approval from the Ministry Leader for this event.
    • Please complete & submit this form at least 30 days prior to event to ensure all necessary modes of coordination have been achieved.
    • Your request is not approved until you receive an approved & signed copy of this form.
    • Please do not advertise the event until you have received confirmation.
    • Final approval of any speaker(s) is at the discretion of the Rector.
    • A note on clean-up: Please have your event fully cleared (cleaned-up) within two (2) hours of the end of the event. Additional time may be granted for larger events; please take into account we have multiple uses for the space daily. At the end of your event, we ask that you verify all items and trash are removed and that the space is ready for the next event.
