Is there anything else I should know before booking your appointment?

By completing this form, you are submitting an appointment request. In response, you will receive an email/text with an appointment time and date option and a general price quote upon request. The appointment in salon will begin with a 15 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service. Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 2-3 weeks of appointment submission request. Guests with limited availability may have to wait longer to be seen.

I understand there is a strict 48 hour cancellation policy and if I cancel my appointment with less than 48 hours notice, I may be banned from booking future appointments with the salon.
