During the last two years, we have relied on social media as our outlet for online marketing and outreach. As our libraries are slowly re-opening, we have gained considerable expertise in using social media for marketing and outreach purposes.
Some libraries have increased their engagement on social media by producing videos for Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter. Some libraries have ventured into new territory like TikTok and have created some compelling video content.
What new social media practices did you learn (during COVID) that you will continue to use? What worked and what did not? We want you to share some of your new social media marketing techniques you have initiated during COVID.
