Note: All studios must be emptied at end of day before evening classes. We have very limited space so f you require storage space it must be requested ahead of your booking and is not a guarantee, please contact reception. Only exception is Studio 4 where you have exclusive use.

Have you requested all required equipment (i.e. tables, chairs, extension leads, cables)? Please tell us what they are being used for eg props/meeting *

Note: Anything not requested in advance we cannot guarantee will be available. Please note the chairs we have are not suitable for dancing or standing on.

Have you informed us of all props/equipment you wish to bring into the hired space? *

Note: If Dance Ireland feel a prop or piece of equipment may cause damage to the floors we will contact you and you may be required to put in place risk mitigation measures.

Have you sent us your public liability insurance? (Not applicable to Dance Ireland Members Studio or DI Full residency bookings.)*

Do you have anyone within your group that has reduced mobility and requires the use of the lift? *

Do you agree to adhere to our shoe policy and enforce it with all members of your group attending? *

* No outdoor footwear, black, or marking soles, or hard soled shoes (including tap shoes and Irish hard shoes) are allowed to be used in DanceHouse Studios. Shoe covers can be given for meetings/performances.
