The nature of animal training creates some risks for those who participate. By agreeing to train, you acknowledge you are fully aware of and assume the risks that dogs pose. You agree to indemnify and hold H-E-A-R-T harmless if anyone brings legal recourse against you or H-E-A-R-T because of something your animal does or doesn’t do.

The results of any H-E-A-R-T HELP training program solely rely on the willingness of the trainee as well as the repetition and practice that is done not only with the Trainer but outside of the Trainer's presence. H-E-A-R-T can make no guarantee as to what your dog can be trained to do or not to do. We believe in the use of positive training techniques. NO REFUNDS.
