Admission Requirements:
• Be between 6-18 years old female
• Reside in Georgia
• Complete Registration Package
• Signature of Receipt of Policies & Procedures

Mentor Requirements:
• High School Completion mandatory
• Criminal Background Check Authorization
• Continuing Education (Mentor Modules)
• Employed mentors must be in good standing with employer
• Spend at least 8 hours per month face-to-face with mentee

Parent/Guardian Requirements:
• Attend monthly parents' night
• Should inform Program Director of any concerns with child’s mentor
• Understand the roles and limits of a mentor

Attendance:
• Mentees are required to attend ALL sessions and be ON TIME.
• If sessions are canceled parents will be notified accordingly and given a rescheduled date
• Excessive tardiness and absences will result in removal from the program

 

Mentee Conduct:
Encourage H.E.R. Academy is a Drug and Smoke-Free environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited prior to or during any mentor/mentee activity

Encourage H.E.R. Academy has a zero-tolerance policy towards the use of illegal drugs.

Mentees are required to demonstrate professional behavior and conduct during sessions and on field trips/retreats.

Disrespectful behavior will result in disciplinary action and can even lead to termination from the program 

Mentees are required to wear academy uniforms while participating in off-campus activities

**No profanity or offensive language

**No offensive, revealing, or socially inappropriate attire is allowed at any time
