Have copies of receipts and coach deck passes scanned and saved prior to completing this form. You will be required to upload them.
Eligibility Requirements:
- The club must have completed USA Swimming’s Club Recognition Program Level 1.
- Coaches must be coaching swimmers who have met athlete funding requirements.
- The club must have attended the AMS Spring and Fall HOD meetings.
- Funding Amounts are "Up To" the designated amount based on actual expenses
Guidelines:
- 1-5 athletes: Expenses for up to 1 coach reimbursed.
- 6-10 athletes: Expenses for up to 2 coaches reimbursed
- 11+ athletes: Expenses for up to 3 coaches reimbursed
- Funding Amounts are "Up To" the designated amount based on actual expenses
Eligible Expenses (include but not limited to)
- Hotel
- Air Fare
- Car Rental
- Gas & Tolls
- Coach Meals
For Clubs submitting shared expenses - in addition to receipts, please provide a summary that breaks expenses down on a "per person" basis.
Application Deadline: December 31st for the preceding Short Course and Long Course Season (September - August).
