If you complete this nomination form, and pay your nomination deposit, you are committing to Seaside Tennis Club for the Winter 2022 Season. The nomination deposit will be deducted from your fees when due. If after nominations have been made and you choose to not proceed the nomination deposit of $50 is non-refundable. EFT details will be emailed to you. If for any reason we are unable to place you in a team, you will be reimbursed your nomination deposit.
