Read over your estimate fully as we will not do any tasks that are not specifically listed on your estimate. Any changes made to the work order after accepting the estimate may result in additional charges

Estimates for Move In/Out cleans are to give an idea of the minimum and maximum we estimate the clean to cost.

A deposit of the full price is required at the time of booking. Cancelations more than 24 hours before the service date will receive a full refund minus a $50 administration fee. Any cancelation 24 hours or less will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.

Fine Details Cleaning will try to accommodate preferred days/times for services but does not guarantee availability.
