Migrating from APAC to EU/US Data Center
Holistics currently offers three data centers for three regions: Asia-Pacific (APAC), Europe (EU), and the United States (US). All of them are hosted by reputable data center providers.

Please fill out this form to request a migration of your APAC account to a new EU or US account.

We do not currently support:
- migration between EU and US
- migration from EU/US to APAC

How do you currently connect your data source(s) to Holistics?*

I confirm my understanding for all of the following (Check all)*

I am a Holistics admin, and I have read the Holistics region migration guide. The migration time I proposed above is not final. Holistics will email all the admins in my current account to confirm the actual migration time prior to initiating the migration.My existing Holistics account will be on maintenance mode for 6-12 hours. Only my Holistics admins can access the account during this period.The password of my users might be reset after the migration in some super-rare cases. If these cases happen, my users will need to reset their password again from the Holistics login page to access their accounts in both the old and new regions.The password of my shareable links might be reset after the migration in some super-rare cases. If these case happen, my team admins will need to reset them manually after the migration.All my automated delivery schedules (emails, Slack etc) will be paused (non-executing) during the migration period.After the migration, I will inform all my users that the login URL for Holistics will be different depending on their data center regionHolistics does not foresee any risk that my existing models, datasets, and reports in my current account will be modified or removed. I understand we can retry the migration in the event of an unexpected scenario.After the migration, all my users will have concurrent access to both my old (Singapore) and new Holistics accounts for 4 weeks to double check that the migration is done correctly. My existing Singapore (old) account will be automatically expired after the 4 weeks period.After the migration, my team will inform all my users not to create new definitions (reports, datasets, data models etc) before confirming the migration is done correctly. Otherwise, my team will need to recreate these new definitions manually in the event a new migration attempt needs to be redone.Whilst every reasonable effort has been made to ensure the quality of the migration, Holistics does not warrant and disclaims liability for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly (including special, incidental or consequential loss or damage) arising from the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the migration.
