CONDITIONS OF COVERAGE
a. Hull All Risks coverage must be inforce in respect of all aircraft for which a claim is made.
b. Coverage is subject to compliance at all times with all relevant Air Navigation and Airworthiness Orders and Requirements issued by any competent authority affecting the sage operations of the aircraft.
c. In the event of a claim the full annual premium, less any premiums already paid, will become due and payable to underwriters.
d. In the event of a claim the coverage afforded by the policy is subject to reinstatment and prior agreement by underwriters.
e. The policy provides coverage for rotor wing aircraft piloted by the Insured.
f. Should an event occur which is likely to give rise to a claim the Insured is to notify Insurers or their representitives as soon as possible.
g. Coverage shall be limited to the amount which is stated in the Schedule
h.The Insurance may be cancelled by either the Insured or the Insurer. The Insurer is to provide the Insured with 30 days’ notice of cancellation in writing and the Insured may provide the Insurer with 7 days’ notice of cancellation in writing. If cancelled by the Insurer they will return a pro-rata portion of the premium in respect of the unexpired period of the policy. If cancelled by the Insured a return premium shall be at the discretion of the Insurer.
SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS
a. If the geographical limits of the Hull All Risk policy have been breached.
b. In respect of any noncompliance with the uses and pilot requirements which are stated on the Hull All Risk policy.
c. If any claim under the Hull All Risk policy is repudiated.
d. In respect of any firefighting aerial application, banner towing and aerobatic activities.
e. Coverage is limited to type certified rotor wing aircraft and excludes gyrocopters and homebuilt aircraft.
f. Coverage is limited to third party aircraft only and excludes aircraft owned in full or partly owned by the Insured.
