    BOOKING POLICY:

    What to expect:
    Important: Please be inform that we do not provide same day repair or diagnosis. 

    Step 1
    (Appointment Day)
    Drop Off Your Appliances At Our Service Centre

    Book an appointment to leave your appliances at our service centre for a diagnosis. Warranty covers the appliances against manufacturing defects only. Human negligence are not covered (please refer to your handbook).

    If your appliance is under warranty, there will be no charges. If your appliance is no longer covered by warranty, a $30 deposit fee will be required when sending the machine for repair. This deposit will be deducted from the total repair cost.

    Step 2 ( 3 to 4 working days after Step 1)
    Diagnosis + Quote
    We will contact you with the diagnosis result and quote in 3-4 working days.
    If you choose to repair with us, we’ll immediately waive the diagnosis fee.

    Step 3 (2 to 3 working days after Step 2)
    Repair + Collection

    Repairs take 1 -3 working days after step 2. In an event of non availability of spare parts, you will be advise accordingly.

    Important: Please be informed that we do not provide same-day repair or diagnosis. 

    Covid Advisory
    In order to provide a safe and healthy environment to our handlers, all valuable customers are required to perform a general clean-up on your appliances before sending in to our service center.


    For dirty appliances that may compromise the engineer's ability to assess, repair and service, a cleaning fees including sanitisation of maximum $64.20 will be implemented. You will be require to make payment before any work commencement. In an unlikely event such service is implemented, the leadtime will be additional 3 working days.

    We reserve absolute rights to reject items which in our own reasonable view are unsanitary and may pose a health risk for our handlers. Your support and kind understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated, thank you.
