  • Am I filling out the right form?

This form is for corporate/for-profit organisations that would like to register as a group for the parade. If you are a charity, community group, not-for-profit organisation or state/semi-state body, please click here to register.

If you plan to take part as an individual or with your friends or family, there is no need to register. You can rock up on the day, watch from the side or join in and march, or a bit of both. Remember, Pride is both Protest and Celebration, you're welcome to bring your own banners and make as much noise as you like, however, they must be respectful and inclusive of our LGBTQ+ community and not create a safety hazard.

Do we have to pay to take part?

Yes, Dublin Pride is one of the largest fundraising events of the year for many LGBTQ+ organisations, including our own. Fees from corporate partners not only help cover the cost of the event and ensure it remains free for the community, they also support a range of community projects all year round.

There is no fee for the general public or any community group taking part in Dublin Pride.

  • Step 1 - Select your Pride Partnership Package

Corporate branded entry to the Dublin Pride Parade is limited to companies who are Dublin Pride Partners and have taken part in our Pride at Work training programme. Your Dublin Pride Partnership is an annual subscription and you must be an active paid up partner both at the time of registering and at the time of the parade.

Annual Partnership fees range from €500 to €2,500 and include space in our annual Pride publications, logo placement on our website and 1-2 team training sessions from our Pride at Work programme. For more information and to become a Pride Partner contact prideatwork@dublinpride.ie

  • Step 2 - How many people are in your group?

There is a set capacity on the number of corporate entries within the parade and colour coded wristbands will be needed for access. Everyone within your group, including any event support staff or performers, will need a wristband to access the parade areas. Your entry fee is in addition to your Pride Partner subscription. We encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment.

  • Step 3 - Are you entering a float/vehicle/pageant?

We have reached capacity for floats in the Parade. If you would like to be placed on a waiting list you can complete this section.

The highly visible spectacle of the Parade plays an important role in promoting diversity and inclusion in society. It's also a great way to showcase your organisations support for the LGBTQ+ community. We charge a premium fee for floats, vehicles or pageant type entries which subsidises community organisations.

As part of commitment to a more environmentally sustainable event, we no longer permit deisel trucks or busses in the Parade (some exceptions apply). Our team are experts at building parade floats and creating pagentry and are happy to advise you on this. The are 3 main catagories you can apply to enter:

Float - Think big, colourful and exciting, the type of thing you see at St. Patrick's Day. These can be non-motorised and pushed or towed by an electric or alternative fueled vehicle. Floats that are impressive can park up on our new Parade Avenue (Merrion Square South) after the Parade and become part of the Festival experience.

Electric Vehicles - Standard sized cars or mid-sized vans can be wrapped, decorated and have sound systems.

Performance or Pageant - This could be a marching band, some performers in extravagent costumes, sound systems on rickshaws or similar. You can let your imagination run wild (but check with us first).

  • Step 4 - How would you like to pay?

All Pride Partnership and Parade entry fees must be paid in full by May 30th at the latest. Your position in the Parade is based on when you register and when you pay. Payment can be accepted by credit/debit card or bank transfer. Our standard credit terms are 30 days. Please let us know in advance if your company requires us to register as a supplier or invoice through a third-party portal. Your total bill is 1) Your Pride Partnership Package + 2) Parade Entry fee for people in your group + 3) Float/Vehicle/Pageant entry fee + VAT.

  • Are you an SME?

If you are a small or medium business with a turnover of less than €500k per annum, we offer a subsidised rate for Pride Partnership and 50% off Parade entry fees*

    *excludes floats

Can we take part without being a group entry?

Yes, many companies prefer a less structured approach. You might have a team brunch together, then do your own thing for the Parade and join back up later, and that's ok if you are a Pride Partner, just tick the 'other' option above where it asks how many people are in your group. However, if you are joining the festivities as a company or business and not making some contribution towards the cost of the event or the LGBTQ+ community, you are effectively taking advantage of us, and we do not like that. If you're unsure if you could be guilty of Rainbow/Pink Washing or Guerrilla Marketing, contact parade@dublinpride.ie
