You are signing up for the Certified Educator Workshop which is for teachers and informal educators who have experience using and teaching Makey Makey with students and want to go further on their journey with invention.

*If you are brand new to Makey Makey and have not taught Makey Makey with students before, you will need to attend our Makey Makey 101 workshop before attending this Certified Educator Workshop. The Makey Makey 101 prerequisite is a great way to become oriented with Makey Makey. Plus, there is always a free Makey Makey 101 course scheduled earlier in the same week as the paid Certified Educator workshop.

Workshop Cancellation / Transfer Terms of Service

You can cancel or reschedule your workshop ticket up to two weeks before the advertised date of the workshop. However, since we are mailing you booster kits, $50 US dollars of your workshop fee is nonrefundable after you purchase a seat. If you are not able to attend the workshop at the given time, and/or you want to transfer your seat to someone else, let us know education@joylabz.com. However, transferring ownership of the included product will be the responsibility of the attendee.

Cancellations due to technical difficulties, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances out of the control of either party will be rescheduled within a week of the advertised date. Details will be communicated through the email address connected to the ticket purchase.
