The College of Social Science would like to recognize students providing support, aid, and action designed to save lives, alleviate suffering and maintain and protect human dignity during and in the aftermath of crises. This impact could be global, regional, or local in nature. The selection committee is searching for one student within the College of Social Science that will exemplify these efforts.

In order to be considered for the Humanitarian Award presented at the Gala, the following criteria must be satisfied:
1. Must be pursuing a primary major within the College of Social Science
2. Maintain a GPA at or above 3.25
3. Must be of junior (56-87 credits) or senior (88 or more credits) standing
4. Submit this online application containing a Letter of Motivation, current resume, and contact information for one reference
