• Kerrville Triathlon Transfer, Deferral, or Refund Request Form

    If you are currently registered for the Kerrville Tri and would like to change your registration you have several options that are posted below. Please review the fees and options available and then complete the form to submit your request.

  • A refund, deferral, or transfer can only be requested up to the deadlines posted below. Requests cannot be processed for an event that has already taken place.

    Refunds
     

    • 50% refunds are available through July 25.
    • Transaction fees charged by the online registration provider cannot be refunded.
    • Any merchandise or USAT one-day license purchased will be refunded.

    Deferral

    If you registered for the upcoming event you may apply to defer your registration to next year’s event.

    • Registrations can only be deferred one time.
    • Any merchandise or USAT one-day license purchased will be refunded.
    • Deferral requests are available through September 19.
    • The deferral fee:

      Rookie / Sprint - $35.00
      Sprint Relay - $85.00
      Quarter - $55.00
      Half - $75.00
      Half Relay - $95.00

    Transfer

    • Online transfer requests are available through September 19
    • Transaction fees charged by the online registration provider cannot be refunded or transferred.
    • USAT one-day license will be transferred to the new event.
    • Any merchandise purchased will be refunded.
    • Registrations can only be transferred one time.
    • Transfers include a $10.00 transfer fee + registration price difference, if any.
    • Price differences between events will not be refunded if transferring to a shorter distance.

    • Please note:

      All transfers must be approved through High Five Events. Anyone caught attempting to sell or transfer their race entry/bib to another person, or participate in the event using another participant’s race entry/bib as part of a non-approved transfer, will have said race entry/bib revoked and the racer will be disqualified and removed from the race without refund. The Kerrville Triathlon Refund/Transfer/Deferral Policy is subject to change at any time.
