All bookings are subject to availability, but we'll do everything we can to make your event happen. Please note that we cannot accommodate day-of private tours, and some situations require 3-4 weeks notice to fulfill private tour requests.

Looking for a private tour for 1 - 20 people? April to mid-November you can, select tours including Boston By Little Feet, Dark Side, Heart of the Freedom Trail, Jewish Beacon Hill, Reinventing Boston and more can be booked as private tours directly from our website!

- Pricing before taxes for this tour is either a flat rate of $175 for small groups of 1 - 12 people, or $16 per person for larger groups of more than 12 people.
- School group pricing is also available.
Advance Scheduling
- This tour requires at least 2 weeks advance scheduling for groups 21 - 50 people. At least 3-4 weeks advance scheduling for groups over 50 people.
- In the spring and summer, for groups of 1 - 20 people with at least 1 week advance scheduling, this tour can be booked directly from our website!
Group Size
- This tour is available for groups of 1 - 140 people (subject to availability)

- Pricing before taxes for this tour is either a flat rate of $175 for small groups of 1 - 12 people, or $16 per person for larger groups of more than 12 people.

Private Tour Policies:
- Private tour bookings are subject to availability. If an official booking is made, a credit card on file is required to reserve your private tour. Full payment is required at least 4 days before the tour start.
- Private tours can be canceled up to 4 days before their start for a full refund. Cancellations made within 4 days of the tour date incur a small cancellation fee, though they can be rescheduled for no additional fees.
- Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled tour start. Late arrivals of 20 minutes without notice will result in a canceled tour.
- Boston By Foot tours are held rain or shine, and will only be canceled due to weather by BBF staff in cases of extreme conditions. If groups choose to cancel a private tour due to weather, the above policy stands.

BBF Virtual Experiences are generally 100% virtual, with both the private client and the guide remote. Subject to availability, with advance notice and additional rates, scheduling may be available on-site at the client's place of business or organization. For on-site programs, client's are responsible for providing all necessary technology for the program presentation.
60 minute Virtual Programs. Starting at $150. 2-3 weeks lead time preferred. Public Library pricing available.
90 minute Virtual Programs. Starting at $175. 2-3 weeks lead time preferred. Public Library pricing available.

- Private Virtual Programs may be canceled up four days before the program for a full refund, minus deposit paid. If a cancellation occurs within four days, the program can be rescheduled, but not refunded.
- Boston By Foot may cancel or reschedule a program in case of extreme weather. Programs canceled by groups due to inclement weather will not be refunded.
- Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled program start. Late arrivals of 20 minutes without notice will result in a cancelled program.
