  • NDA Questions

    The Office for Technology Commercialization (Tech Comm) will process your request as soon as possible. Tech Comm will contact the Recipient and execute the necessary agreements to facilitate your Non-Disclosure Agreement Request. The process takes a varied amount of time depending on the information being disclosed and working with the Other Party. Once the actual agreement is competed, you will be notified by Tech Comm that you are cleared to disclose/share the information covered by the Agreement with the Other Party. In no event should you share Confidential Information as defined in the Agreement with the Other Party until you have received approval from Tech Comm.
