What is the farm?
The Original 1890s homestead built by English born merchant as a country retreat has four large bedrooms, two bathrooms and swimming pool. Set amongst expansive lawn areas and overlooking the Murray River State Forest. The Farm guests can collect the eggs for breakfast, participate in yoga and cooking classes, grow, tend and harvest vegetables or herbs for lunch or help feed the animals if they wish. The Farm is home to horses and chooks.
The Program
Our experienced team of Occupational Therapists have tailored the retreat program to ensure it provides an intensive therapeutic experience for each individual. Our programs focus on developing sustainable routines and building independence with daily living skills to support NDIS participants with goals of future independent living.
Enjoy arts and crafts, kayaking, paddle boarding, pampering, taking care of the farm animals, cooking, sensory activities and more. It's your choice. Our dedicated staff are here to make your stay fun, fulfilling and to help you achieve your NDIS goals. Our retreats are aim at children and yound adults with special needs.
Our Weekend retreat consists of 2 nights (Friday & Saturday home Sunday 3pm)
Our weekday retreat 3 nights is during the week
