Please Note The Following Information:
There is garage parking at either 803 Fannin St, Street Parking, or any surrounding garage near Main St. If parking instructions change for any reason, we will let volunteers know asap! Headquarters for the All Access Art team will be at Finn Hall (712 Main St) beginning at 8am. Here we will have refreshments, lite bites, live DJ and more.
Setup Crew (7am-11am): Setup for the this event starts at 7am! We will be expecting vendors to arrive from 8am-11am on Main & McKinney Street. If you are on the SETUP team, we ask that you arrive no later than 7:45am to help assist with all setup needs. At this time you will be given instructions by one of the All Access team members. Please be prepared to help vendors carry their products to their designated spots. Maps will be printed out ahead of time for this event.
Event Crew (11am-3pm): Event Volunteers are asked to work from 11am - 3pm. We will need volunteers to assist with passing out waters and snacks to our vendors. This is an outdoor event so please remember to stay hydrated.
Break Down Crew (3pm-7pm): If you are on the BREAKDOWN team, we ask that you stick around towards the end of the event to help assist with all needs. BREAKDOWN will begin around 3:45PM and will run til approximately 7PM. Please be prepared to help with moving tables and chairs, light lifting, collecting linens from tables, and helping vendors find their spaces.
