The “union” cannot win a good contract for us because we are the union. Now that you have thought about your priorities for bargaining, please let the Bargaining Team know how you will be a part of building our negotiating strength:
Join the Contract Action Team who helps coordinate bargaining actions for each department and keeps everyone informed about bargaining.

Our union believes that organizing and bargaining are strengthened when community is engaged in our struggle for a fair contracts and working conditions.
