WHY EXHIBIT

Staffordshire Climate Expo is an opportunity to showcase your organisations commitment to net zero and environmental practises. We are expecting upwards of 3000 attendees, delegates will be a mixture of senior industry professionals and public sector decision makers. Become part of our year round campaign, promoting your work to the county and wider Midlands region.

The Expo is run by the Sustainable Uttoxeter Environment and Climate Commission, a nonprofit project that is fundraising to support local climate action and intiatives. All proceeds from the Expo go towards this cause. 

EXHIBITING

Single and double exhibition spaces are available. Please note access times below.

LOAD IN:

Stands can be set up from 2pm on the 29th September. Access to the hall from 8am on 30 Sept, stands must be in place by 9:30am on the day of the show.

LOAD OUT:

No stand breakdowns allowed until event finishes at 4pm. Break down your stand from 4pm-6pm on 30 Sept.

STANDARD RATE

Single Cost £125+ VAT - Approx 2m x 2m
Double Cost £235 + VAT - Approx 2m x 4m

Whats included:

Single Stand

Approx. 2m x 2m INCLUDES:- One standard 6ft table and two chairs OR stand space - Free WIFI - Free on-site parking - A listing in the exhibitor booklet and website

Double Stand

Approx. 2m x 4m INCLUDES:- Two standard 6ft tables and two chairs OR stand space - Free WIFI -  Free on-site parking - Your logo added to our floor plans for increased visibility - Access to VIP Coffee Lounge for two people - A listing in the exhibitor booklet and website.

Exhibitor Details

So that we may provide exhibitor passes, please provide the details of who will be manning your exhbitor stand. If you need any more than two passes or you are unsure, please just tick the To Be Agreed box and we wil contact you nearer the event. 

Demonstration Trail

1. Bookings can be cancelled 4 months prior to the event and will receive a full refund. Cancellations after this period will not receive a refund due to the nature of the printing and signage complexities for an event of this type.  
2. The organizer reserves the right to reject any reservation and to refund the booking fee in full 
3. Exhbitors agree to pay the total cost shown above and by submitting this form, declare that they have read and accepted the terms and conditions of participation and agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of Staffordshire Climate Expo and any agreements which may be imposed by the relevant authorities or the venue as a condition of allotment of space. 4. Payments have to be made in full to at the time of applying for a stand  
5. Any booking is only valid after it is confirmed by the organizer and if the payments are made in full and on time.

You will receive an invoice  within the next 2-3 working days, your stand will be confirmed on receipt of payment.
