Homeowners must remain proactive in maintaining their home for which TRT Custom Home Designs may elect not to participate in repairing a neglected or home owner maintenace item. Please remember non-warrantable items include, but are not limited to: paint, stain, caulk, grout, cosmetic defects, grade, sod, landscaping, trees, & flatwork.

Please provide a complete description of the problem that needs repair. For example, "Kitchen Faucet - water leaking under sink" rather than "Plumbing problem in kitchen."

A service technician will contact you within 24-48 buisness hours after the receipt of your warrnaty request to schedule an inspection appointment. TRT Custom Home Designs will make appointments on weekdays, excluding holidays, between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. It is the homeowners responsibility to provide access to the home for repairs during normal weekday working hours.

For emergency situations, please contact the appropriate vendor directly using the sticker located on the cabinet door under your kitchen sink.

Completion of warranty claims can be expected within a reasonable time frame except when delayed by the homeowner or circumstances beyond TRT Custom Home Designs control.
