you will be sent a confirmation email, and all coaches will be sent a review table, changes or corrections must be submitted no later than March 15, any changes after this will result in the athlete competing for scoresheet only due to set system & award ordering.

Please be sure to submit COVID screening and any other facility/provincial requirements for entry to event. emails will be sent as updates become available or changes occur.

Signature- athletes 18 over or guardians/parents may sign. This confirms you understand all the conditions of the event entry requirements, rules and regulations of the CNBTA. You acknowledge and confirm that CNBTA is not responsible for damages or illness caused during this event. Participants and families fully understand the risk when entering an indoor sporting event during this time and will take all precautions to ensure self and those around are safe. CNBTA is following all provincial guidelines as well as any facility guidelines outlined. CNBTA is not responsible for lost or stolen damages. Participants acknowledge they have reviewed all rules & regulations of the CNBTA, fully understand the facility and provincial health protocols, are members in Good standing with CNBTA and will ensure they follow and abide by all rules set out for the safety of all athletes and attendees.
