NRVP Plan of Attack
This Plan of Attack, or POA, is meant to serve as a means to stay focused in order to achieve goals that directly benefit the store and it's success.

All goals set using the POA should be goals that meet the "SMART" criteria.

Please make sure to include as many details as possible about your goals to make them easier to measure!

For metric based goals, please use PWR (or whatever method necessary) to determine current status.

For goals that are not measured by metrics, more detail will be required to accurately measure the success of the goal.
