The undersigned, being a majority of the Trustees of Randolph Place Condominium Trust, created by Declaration of Trust, recorded in Hampshire County Registry of Deeds, pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of Randolph Place Condominium Trust, hereby consentto allow the undersigned owner of said unit to keep the aforesaid animal within the said unit.
The Trustees of Randolph Place Condominium Trust hereby reserve the right at any time, upon notice to said owner, to revoke the assent hereby given, in which event the aforesaid animal must be removed immediately.
