SECTION 4. USE OF BUILDING & GROUNDS. HFHNWNJ desires to make its facility available for community use during regular business hours as well as those evening and weekend hours that generally do not extend beyond 8 p.m. Generally, after-hours use may be dependent upon HFHNWNJ being able to provide on-site staffing, which may not be available for any given request.
