Each Vending spot is 10X10. All vendors are responsible for providing their own canopy/pop up. Each vending spot comes with a 10X10 space to vend items and two tickets for vendor entry to Glow Hard Music & Arts Festival. If you need more space please request in 'Special Requests' above. Additonal space can be provided with extra fee.

Art Only Vending: $175

Merchandise Vending: $275

Beverage/specialty only vending: $300

Food Vending: CLOSED

420 Vending: CLOSED

Live Painters: Please fill out form and Sanctuary Entertainment will be in touch.

Any other types of vendors not listed please fill out form and Sanctuary Entertainment will get back to you.

All vendors must be set up no later than 3pm Friday August 5th 2022. Early Entry for vendors is encouraged as early as Thursday August 4th 2022. There will be early entry for patrons Thursday Aug 4th at 5pm. Glow Hard Music & Arts Festival 2022 is now in a new location-Freedom Field at 75 Carson Hill Rd Harmony, Maine.
