The Role of the Catholic Faith Formation Coordinator
The Catholic Faith Formation Coordinator will work with the Director of Campus Ministry to create faith formation and discipleship programs oriented towards Catholic students on campus.
This is an opportunity to enable depth and growth of Catholic students' faith and relationship with Jesus through organization of prayer groups, faith sharing, retreat organizing and so much more!
Other responsibilities include:
1. Outreach and foster student relationships with all St. Michael’s community members.
2. Helping students transition to university and integrate into the community, with a special attention to Catholic students.
3. Attending weekly Campus Ministry team meetings.
4. Supporting the student life initiatives of other USMC partners (e.g. Campus Life, Alumni Affairs, Student Societies, Principal’s Office, etc.) and collaborating on these initiatives when possible.
5. Connected to Canadian Catholic Students Association.
6. Ensuring all USMC rules and policies are upheld when organizing student events (e.g. Conferences, Food Services, etc.)
